School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Conway, New Hampshire

This contract role for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) offers full-time hours—30 to 35 hours per week—with an opportunity to collaborate with fellow professionals and help young learners thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications/Experience Sought:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience working in a school environment strongly preferred
• Ability to conduct assessments, write reports, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Comfortable working with a diverse student population ranging from mild to moderate communication challenges

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with a range of communication needs
• Assess, diagnose, and create targeted treatment plans to support academic and social success
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain thorough records and contribute to the IEP process
• Serve as a resource and advocate for students’ speech and language development
• Participate in school meetings and professional development as needed
