Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or eligible for SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to the start date)
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric SLP services is a plus
  • Teletherapy and healthcare knowledge beneficial
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Dedication to fostering communication skills in students

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students (elementary, middle, or high school)
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (educators, families, support staff)
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Support students with a variety of communication disorders through creative, evidence-based methods
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
