Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible for SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to the start date)
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric SLP services is a plus
- Teletherapy and healthcare knowledge beneficial
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Dedication to fostering communication skills in students
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students (elementary, middle, or high school)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (educators, families, support staff)
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Support students with a variety of communication disorders through creative, evidence-based methods
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
