Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure appropriate to the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Experience in school settings highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized speech and language intervention plans
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of students with speech, language, or communication challenges
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver direct therapy to students in accordance with these plans
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, parents, and other service providers
- Document student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to overall student support planning
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all school district policies and procedures
- Offer professional insights and resources to support classroom instruction and inclusion
