Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure appropriate to the state
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
  • Experience in school settings highly valued
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized speech and language intervention plans

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments of students with speech, language, or communication challenges
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver direct therapy to students in accordance with these plans
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, parents, and other service providers
  • Document student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to overall student support planning
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all school district policies and procedures
  • Offer professional insights and resources to support classroom instruction and inclusion
