Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow accepted
- Active Georgia SLP License or GaPSC Certification (eventually both required, but either accepted for now)
- Open to Speech-Language Assistants with GaPSC certification
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students within a school environment
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for effective communication with students, teachers, and families
- Onsite services required; virtual or hybrid options are not available
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students in accordance with their IEPs
- Assess, diagnose, and support students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and the student support team to track progress and set intervention goals
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation as required by school and district guidelines
- Participate in team meetings regarding student progress and interventions
