Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Leading engaging therapy sessions focused on a wide range of speech and language goals
  • Diligently tracking and documenting student progress, ensuring compliance and effective intervention
  • Collaborating closely within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, coordinated care
  • Actively involving and educating families to enhance therapy outcomes

Qualifications and desired experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active or eligible for current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to excel both independently and as part of a supportive team
