School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Coolidge, Arizona

Take on an exciting opportunity as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, where you'll make a difference in the lives of K-8 students throughout the upcoming school year. In this contract position, you'll work closely with passionate educators and support staff, including an SLPA, to deliver essential speech and language services. Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure in the state)
• Experience working with K-8 students in educational settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans tailored to students’ needs
• Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services to students across K-8 grades
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by school and state guidelines
• Offer guidance and support to your on-site SLPA to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
