What you'll bring:

  • Active TX state SLP license (or ability to obtain by start date)
  • Eligible SLP-CCC or candidates completing their CFY
  • Background in school-based speech therapy strongly preferred
  • Expertise or passion for working with pediatric populations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Commitment to providing high quality, individualized support for students

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement therapy plans for students with various speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Conduct assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Adjust interventions based on student progress and feedback
  • Participate in ongoing professional development
