Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with a welcoming educational team to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs. To be successful in this role, candidates will meet the following qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Texas SLP license (must be verified prior to the start date)
- Eligible SLP-CCC or in progress of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations
- Developing and implementing IEPs
- Delivering direct therapy to students individually and in groups
- Maintaining accurate documentation and timely progress reports
- Consulting with staff and parents to support generalization of communication strategies
