Your caseload will primarily focus on pediatrics, with the school age range tailored to your expertise and preference through discussion during your interview. You'll collaborate closely with a seasoned support network, dedicating your efforts to empowering students in achieving their communication goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Active speech-language pathology license for Texas by start date
• SLP-CCC or CFY credentials
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based caseloads
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt approaches to meet individual student needs
• Residency or willingness to work on-site near the Austin, TX, area
• Comfort with both full or part-time schedules

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders for school-aged children
• Develop individualized treatment plans and track progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with education teams
• Provide resources and guidance to parents and teachers
• Maintain accurate therapy records as required by district and state guidelines
