Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students with speech and language challenges
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy sessions
- Maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation of student progress
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, coordinated care
- Actively engage and educate families to foster ongoing support throughout the therapy process
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
- Ability to thrive working both independently and as part of a dedicated team
- Compliance with all relevant State Board requirements for licensure
