Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students exhibiting speech and language challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
- Provide direct therapy sessions focusing on improving speech and language outcomes.
- Monitor, document, and report student progress meticulously.
- Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure cohesive care.
- Educate and engage families to support student progress outside the therapy setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
