Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology in Georgia
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, though enthusiastic new graduates with CCC are welcome
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Dedication to evidence-based practice and culturally responsive interventions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
  • Deliver therapy services to students with a variety of communication needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and comply with all IEP requirements
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff
  • Assist with prevention, screening, and early intervention activities as needed
  • Provide guidance and resources to support classroom staff and families
