Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • Previous school-based experience or a strong passion for working with children and adolescents
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities
  • Familiarity with IEP development and documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers and families
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data and student needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely records and reports in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to maximize student success
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
