Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Appropriate state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience valued
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by school guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and other school activities as appropriate
  • Provide guidance and support to students with mild to moderate communication disorders
