Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Provide direct therapy services, progress monitoring, and data-driven interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with school and district reporting requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and student-focused care
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfort working onsite in a collaborative team setting
