Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Provide direct therapy services, progress monitoring, and data-driven interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and comply with school and district reporting requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and student-focused care
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
