Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in California
• Background in pediatric speech therapy, particularly within school environments
• Proficiency in developing and implementing IEP goals and progress reports
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Experience with teletherapy is valued but must be able to work on site (no virtual work permitted)

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across a range of ages
• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop effective treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Adapt interventions to meet students’ diverse speech and language needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to program planning
