Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in California
- Background in pediatric speech therapy, particularly within school environments
- Proficiency in developing and implementing IEP goals and progress reports
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Experience with teletherapy is valued but must be able to work on site (no virtual work permitted)
What You'll Do:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across a range of ages
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop effective treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Adapt interventions to meet students’ diverse speech and language needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to program planning
