Responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language challenges
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Provide direct therapy targeting specific speech and language objectives
• Track, monitor, and document progress with meticulous attention
• Partner with teachers, staff, and other therapists to ensure holistic care
• Educate and involve families in treatment plans and student progress

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or eligible state licensure (State Board of Speech Language Pathology)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with children or school-aged individuals is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
