Responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy targeting specific speech and language objectives
- Track, monitor, and document progress with meticulous attention
- Partner with teachers, staff, and other therapists to ensure holistic care
- Educate and involve families in treatment plans and student progress
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible state licensure (State Board of Speech Language Pathology)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with children or school-aged individuals is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
