Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
- Active or eligible state licensure issued by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged caseloads strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver effective therapy sessions to meet established speech and language goals
- Carefully monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and caregivers to ensure holistic, coordinated care
- Engage families in the therapeutic process through education and ongoing communication
