Key Qualifications:
- Valid California SLP CCC required
- Experience with virtual service delivery in schools is essential
- Strong background in pediatric speech-language therapy, especially within K-12 settings
- Previous work in elementary and high school populations preferred
- Ideally, already credentialed for quick onboarding
- Ability to effectively manage a caseload of under 55 students
- Skilled in IEP documentation, goal-setting, and progress monitoring in a remote environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy to students through teletherapy platforms
- Complete evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and support teams to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Contribute to IEP meetings and support the educational teams as needed
- Foster an encouraging and engaging virtual learning environment for all students
As part of this remote position, you’ll benefit from a consistent full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, allowing you to balance your professional and personal commitments.
