If you are a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a passion for supporting student success in a virtual environment, this contract opportunity is tailored for you. We are seeking a full-time SLP to provide teletherapy services through the end of the current school year, working virtually with both elementary and high school students. You’ll help foster communication skills and academic growth for a caseload of fewer than 55 students.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging speech and language therapy services via teletherapy platform
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to address students’ needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings, assessments, and parent conferences as needed
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and intervention strategies appropriate for an online setting
Qualifications:
- Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license and CCC credentials required
- Previous experience working in K-12 schools (elementary and/or high school preferred)
- Demonstrated proficiency with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs for pediatric and adolescent populations
- Preference given to candidates already credentialed in California
