School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Corona, California

This dynamic role involves working closely with a diverse caseload, providing direct speech-language services, and collaborating with an assigned SLPA on select days for additional support. With assignments split between middle school and high school settings, you’ll work predominantly with students experiencing mild to moderate communication needs and have the chance to make a tangible impact in their daily lives.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid state licensure as required to practice
• Previous experience in school-based settings, preferably across middle and high school age groups
• Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload averaging 55 students
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Comfort working onsite; not a remote position

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring for students with various speech and language needs, focusing on mild and moderate cases
• Develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, participate in meetings, and maintain accurate student records
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Supervise and coordinate with a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), benefiting from additional support on select days at each site
• Provide services across both middle school and high school locations within a 37-hour workweek
