Step into a fulfilling contract-based opportunity serving both middle and high school students. This position supports a dynamic caseload split between two sites—engaging with students facing mild to moderate speech and language challenges. With approximately 37 hours per week, you’ll have the chance to collaborate with dedicated teams while occasionally working alongside a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to help manage the average caseload of 55 students.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold a current Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) credential
  • Experience supporting students in school-based settings (especially grades 6–12) is highly valued
  • Comfortable with caseloads involving mild to moderate disabilities
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with interdisciplinary teams
  • Adept at adapting to a two-site schedule and managing responsibilities independently
  • Commitment to following all applicable ethical, professional, and district guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to middle and high school-aged students
  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate regularly with educators, caregivers, and support staff to facilitate student growth
  • Supervise and guide SLPAs as assigned to support effective service delivery
  • Engage in multi-site scheduling, splitting hours between two campuses to best meet student needs
  • Attend staff meetings, professional development, and IEP meetings as required

This is an in-person role with no remote option, providing the satisfaction of direct student impact and teamwork each day.
