Key Qualifications:

  • Current SLP licensure required; CCC preferred, but strong CFY candidates welcome
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly desired
  • Proficient in teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
  • Comfortable collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
  • Energetic communicator and proactive problem solver
  • Ability to manage a dynamic caseload independently

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in partnership with IEP teams
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop targeted therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely student records and progress logs
  • Engage with teachers and other support staff to optimize each child’s communication opportunities
  • Communicate regularly with families, providing resources and updates on student growth
  • Adapt service delivery between on-site and remote formats as needed
