Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting TK-8th grade students as a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in school-based services. This pivotal role is located conveniently near Corona, CA, and spans the academic year from September through early February. You’ll make an impact by empowering students from diverse backgrounds, with a special emphasis on bilingual English-Spanish communication.
Key Qualifications:
- Active, valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure for California
- Prior experience in school settings working with grades TK-8
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish highly preferred
- Expertise conducting comprehensive bilingual speech/language evaluations
- Strong skills in report writing, service planning, and direct intervention
- Proven ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Carry out thorough speech and language assessments, including bilingual evaluations, to identify students’ needs
- Write clear, actionable evaluation and progress reports in compliance with educational standards
- Design individualized service schedules and deliver evidence-based therapy sessions
- Monitor student progress and update goals as needed
- Communicate effectively with families and educational staff, providing guidance and support throughout the process
- Attend required meetings and contribute expertise to support student learning outcomes
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 7:30am–4:00pm, aligning with the academic calendar from September 1, 2026 to February 10, 2026.
