Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving young learners from 18 months to 6 years with a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position. This role starts August 3, 2026, and continues through June 4, 2027, with a steady 40-hour workweek supporting a caseload of 40 students. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology, or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience with early childhood and/or school-based settings is highly valued
- Comfortable working with a diverse caseload and collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, diagnoses, and therapy services to students ages 18 months–6 years
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Maintain clear and timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Monitor and report student progress, making data-driven adjustments to interventions
- Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment for all students
