School Speech Language Pathologist - Corrales, NM

You’ll enjoy a dynamic workweek of approximately 37.5 hours, collaborating with educators and families to support a caseload of 40–50 students with diverse communication needs. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Eligibility for or possession of New Mexico RLD license and NMPED license (must be obtained prior to starting)
• Acceptance of both seasoned SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to independently manage a caseload
• Passion for working with students of varying backgrounds and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide direct therapy services and consultation in group and 1:1 settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor and document student progress toward communication goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations
