School Speech Language Pathologist - Corryton, Tennessee

This full-time position is available for an immediate start, continuing through the end of the school year. Candidates must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and have experience working in school settings. Flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills are key, as you’ll collaborate with educators, administrators, and families across diverse campuses.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
• Previous experience in public school environments preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage itinerant caseloads
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for supporting children’s academic and social success

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication needs across several schools in the county
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and staff
• Travel as needed to assigned campuses, delivering direct and consultative services
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and regularly communicate updates with families and staff
• Participate in IEP meetings, staffings, and professional development as required
• Serve as a resource for faculty, supporting inclusive classroom practices
