Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure as an SLP and relevant certification (CCC-SLP or CFY)
  • Prior experience in a school environment preferred, but open to new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds
  • Solid understanding of IEP processes and school-based speech therapy services
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs of students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and IEP goals
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students individually and in groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy as needed
  • Attend meetings and provide input for IEP development and progress reviews
