Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Cortland, NY

What you bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or a strong Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidate
• Experience in a school setting preferred, though not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Organizational skills and a commitment to documentation and accountability

What you’ll do:

• Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, or communication disorders
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student performance and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer recommendations rooted in best practices
• Support student achievement and their ability to succeed in the classroom
