School Speech Language Pathologist - Corvallis, Oregon

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Oregon
• Prior experience working with school-aged populations (K-12) preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based therapy practices
• Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct services tailored to each student’s goals, in both individual and group settings
• Maintain accurate student records and complete documentation per district and state standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with staff and families
• Consult with educators to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom
• Manage a caseload of approximately 50-60 students for full-time; part-time caseloads adjusted accordingly
