The assignment runs through June 17, 2026, with immediate start dates available and structured school-day hours.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Oregon
- Prior experience working with school-aged populations (K-12) preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based therapy practices
- Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct services tailored to each student’s goals, in both individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate student records and complete documentation per district and state standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with staff and families
- Consult with educators to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom
- Manage a caseload of approximately 50-60 students for full-time; part-time caseloads adjusted accordingly
