A contract role is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) specializing in K-12 school settings, located in the Corvallis, OR area. This opportunity involves serving students in schools throughout Linn and Benton Counties, supporting a diverse student population ranging from kindergarten to 12th grade.

Key Details:

  • Number of openings: 5
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: 6/17/26
  • Hours per week: 37.5 (part-time candidates will also be considered)
  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • Location: Onsite in local schools within Linn and Benton Counties
  • Caseload size: 50-60 students for full-time positions
  • Population: K-12 students, with possible varied assignments depending on needs

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with experience in school settings
  • Familiarity working with diverse student populations across K-12 age groups
  • Ability to manage caseloads ranging from 50 to 60 students
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with educators and families
  • Commitment to onsite work hours and collaboration within school environments

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students with communication disorders
  • Assess and evaluate student needs, developing individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation and reports
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to educational planning
