Speech-Language Pathologists are needed to provide essential services to K-12 learners within Linn and Benton Counties. This position welcomes both part-time and full-time applicants with flexible weekly hours ranging up to 37.5. With multiple openings available, you’ll join a community of professionals committed to student growth and communication success.

This on-site role ensures you can connect meaningfully with students and staff, making a tangible impact throughout the school year. Assignments are based on your expertise and availability, covering diverse age groups and caseloads of approximately 50-60 students for full-time schedules.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current licensure and credentials as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Comfort with varied caseload management
  • Commitment to on-site presence as required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students as indicated in their IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop effective treatment strategies
  • Assess, diagnose, and document student communication disorders
  • Participate in IEP meetings and student progress evaluations
  • Adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs and learning environments
