This position welcomes both part-time and full-time applicants with flexible weekly hours ranging up to 37.5. This on-site role ensures you can connect meaningfully with students and staff, making a tangible impact throughout the school year. Assignments are based on your expertise and availability, covering diverse age groups and caseloads of approximately 50-60 students for full-time schedules.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Current licensure and credentials as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfort with varied caseload management
- Commitment to on-site presence as required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students as indicated in their IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop effective treatment strategies
- Assess, diagnose, and document student communication disorders
- Participate in IEP meetings and student progress evaluations
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs and learning environments
