Exciting opportunity for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a rewarding, part-time role working with young learners! As a part-time contract Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll deliver direct therapy services and support to a caseload of approximately 20 Kindergarten and 1st grade students onsite. You'll collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster strong communication skills and help every child reach their fullest potential.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
- Appropriate state licensure for practice as an SLP.
- Recent experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children, especially early elementary grades.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy sessions targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
- Complete comprehensive speech and language assessments for assigned students.
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to student needs.
- Monitor, document, and report progress; participate in IEP meetings as the SLP representative.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other service providers to support student success.
- Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal documentation requirements.
