This full-time role supports local schools during approved Leaves of Absence, with start dates anticipated for mid-October and mid-November. Key Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, active California SLP license
- Experience in a school setting preferred, supporting students’ communication needs
- Adaptability to adjust to evolving caseloads and assignments across campuses
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language services in accordance with students’ individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students across multiple grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote optimal outcomes for students
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to interdisciplinary teams
- Flexibly manage assignments, as school locations and student caseloads may vary
