Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Costa Mesa, CA

With three full-time assignments available, you’ll provide essential speech and language services to diverse student populations across preschool, elementary, and middle school settings. What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active and current California SLP License
• Previous experience (clinical or professional) with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and families
• Flexibility to work across multiple campuses as assigned

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver therapy and intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and participate in meetings
• Maintain clear records and progress reports as required by the district
• Educate and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
• Support a caseload of approximately 55 students per SLP, ensuring individualized, quality care
• Adapt strategies and interventions for various age groups and developmental levels
