Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid SLP license eligible for work in Minnesota
- Experience providing assessment, therapy, and support within pediatric, school-based, or charter school settings
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to consult with teachers, families, and administrators
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language interventions to K–8 students within a charter school environment, approximately three days per week during school hours
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and comprehensive evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain thorough and organized documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing collaboration with educators and families
- Provide resources, training, and consultation for staff and families to optimize student outcomes
