Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid SLP license eligible for work in Minnesota
  • Experience providing assessment, therapy, and support within pediatric, school-based, or charter school settings
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to consult with teachers, families, and administrators
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language interventions to K–8 students within a charter school environment, approximately three days per week during school hours
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and comprehensive evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with the multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain thorough and organized documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing collaboration with educators and families
  • Provide resources, training, and consultation for staff and families to optimize student outcomes
