A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist with experience in pediatric and school-based settings. This travel position is located in Cottage Grove, MN, and runs now until June 5th. Work with approximately 50 elementary-aged students across one or two school buildings in a supportive school environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students within the school setting.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy strategies.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies.
- Support students’ communication goals focusing on pediatric speech and language development.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a CCC is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, pediatrics, or school-based speech therapy settings.
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) with supervision provided throughout the assignment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Work Schedule and Location:
- Located in Cottage Grove, MN.
- Approximately 7.25 hours per day.
- The assignment involves travel between one or two elementary school buildings in the area.
