Step into a meaningful contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. You’ll be working on-site, contributing to a collaborative special education team that delivers vital services to learners across a range of abilities. Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid Oregon SLP license and/or Oregon teaching license with Speech Impaired/Communications Disorder Endorsement
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• A few years of relevant experience, particularly in school settings
• Background working with students who have moderate or severe disabilities highly valued
• Skilled with low-tech and high-tech augmentative communication systems ideal
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
• Valid Oregon Driver’s License required
• First Aid/CPR certification may be required

Responsibilities:

• Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services to a diverse student population
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, behavioral specialists, and classroom educators
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Document progress while maintaining important confidentiality standards
• Participate in meetings with families and staff to promote student growth and advocacy
