This opportunity is tailored for a Speech-Language Pathologist with ASHA CCCs, experienced in school-based settings—especially those familiar with teletherapy and onsite support. You’ll use your expertise to supervise a dedicated professional, guide service delivery, and collaborate in a K-12 environment.

Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist licensure and ASHA CCCs required
  • Previous experience working in K-12 schools
  • Competence in supervision of SLPAs
  • Strong knowledge of articulation and language intervention strategies
  • Comfortable with both in-person and teletherapy models
  • Skilled at evaluation, case management, and IEP development
  • Excellent organization and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight and mentorship for an SLPA, focusing on quality service delivery
  • Observe sessions, complete evaluation and observation hours as needed
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 70 students in grades K-12
  • Conduct case management duties, including documentation and IEP development
  • Focus on articulation and language as primary areas of need
  • Engage with multidisciplinary teams to support individualized student goals
  • Maintain compliance with school policies and special education requirements
