School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Cottage Grove, Oregon

This is an on-site, full-time opportunity serving mostly high school and elementary students across multiple buildings within a welcoming district near Cottage Grove, OR. Unlike hybrid or virtual positions, this assignment requires your in-person presence to best support students’ communication goals.

In this contract role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with an “easy” caseload featuring students with low behavioral needs. The precise number of students will be provided as the assignment approaches, allowing adaptable SLPs to step into a stable, rewarding environment. You’ll collaborate with educational teams, provide evaluations, develop treatment plans, and support student progress in academic and daily life settings.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license in Oregon and CCC credentials
• School-based experience, with the ability to serve kindergarten through high school students
• Commitment to providing services entirely in-person (no virtual/hybrid options)
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech/language assessments and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy and consultation services for a varied caseload
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation aligned with school requirements
• Partner closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
