This full-time, in-person contract position is based within a K-12 district in the Oakridge area, serving multiple buildings, with a caseload comprised primarily of high school and elementary students. The assignment is known for its supportive environment, and the student population is considered low-behavior, providing a positive setting for focused and rewarding work.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid and active SLP licensure in Oregon
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Demonstrated experience or interest in serving both elementary and high school populations
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Previous school-based SLP experience is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently in an in-person setting (no virtual/hybrid options)
• Must provide a professional reference sheet with application

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a K-12 student caseload
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
