Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• State licensure (or eligibility) for speech-language pathology as required
• Experience working in school settings is preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Enthusiasm for supporting a diverse student population in achieving speech and language goals

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, fluency, and voice assessments for students as referred
• Develop targeted intervention plans tailored to students’ specific needs
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams on student progress and goals
• Maintain thorough and timely case notes, documentation, and reports in line with district and professional standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to team recommendations
• Stay current on best practices and continue professional development in the field
