School Speech Language Pathologist - Cottondale, Florida

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP, SLP-CF, or SLPA
• Strong background in school-based speech and language services
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Passion for working with students across diverse backgrounds and age groups
• Ability to collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support students’ progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services directly to students as outlined in IEPs
• Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Participate in creating and reviewing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of services, progress, and outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to maximize student success
• Contribute to team meetings, professional development, and ongoing program improvement initiatives
