Step into a meaningful contract opportunity supporting students’ growth and communication across PreK-12th grade. This position spans the academic year from August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027, with a 30-hour-per-week schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm. Embrace the chance to supervise a team of three Speech-Language Assistants (SLAs) while managing a dynamic caseload of 150 students with diverse needs.

Ideal candidates possess the following qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential
  • State licensure (or eligibility)
  • Experience working in school settings, ideally with PreK–12th grade
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience supervising SLAs or similar staff
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage a varied caseload
  • Passion for enhancing student success in both individual and group settings

  • Delivering direct and consultative speech-language services following students’ IEPs
  • Supervising, guiding, and supporting three SLAs to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining thorough documentation
  • Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Managing a mixed caseload with professionalism, empathy, and adaptability
