Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP-CCC credential required
- Prior experience working with elementary school populations preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other support staff
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary students
- Provide direct therapy services for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school/district guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student growth
- Attend meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Offer resources, strategies, and support to classroom staff as needed
