Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Cottonwood, CA

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP-CCC credential required
• Prior experience working with elementary school populations preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other support staff
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary students
• Provide direct therapy services for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school/district guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student growth
• Attend meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Offer resources, strategies, and support to classroom staff as needed
