Key Qualifications:
- Active Kansas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
- Experience in school-based settings, with knowledge of IEP process
- Strong communication skills with students, families, and staff
- Adaptability to serve diverse age groups from infants/toddlers through high school
- Comfort working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver SLP services in accordance with student IEPs
- Manage caseloads that may include infant/toddler, elementary, middle, or PreK–12 students, depending on the selected assignment
- Provide therapy sessions onsite, remotely, or in a hybrid format as preferred
- Collaborate regularly with educators and families to address student needs and progress
- Foster a supportive and engaging environment for student growth
- Complete relevant documentation in a timely manner
