Key Qualifications:

  • Active Kansas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
  • Experience in school-based settings, with knowledge of IEP process
  • Strong communication skills with students, families, and staff
  • Adaptability to serve diverse age groups from infants/toddlers through high school
  • Comfort working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver SLP services in accordance with student IEPs
  • Manage caseloads that may include infant/toddler, elementary, middle, or PreK–12 students, depending on the selected assignment
  • Provide therapy sessions onsite, remotely, or in a hybrid format as preferred
  • Collaborate regularly with educators and families to address student needs and progress
  • Foster a supportive and engaging environment for student growth
  • Complete relevant documentation in a timely manner
