  • Full-Time Elementary: Serve 50–55 students, working collaboratively across two elementary settings.
  • Part-Time Elementary: Work with a manageable caseload of 20 students, perfect for those seeking a flexible schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Kansas SLP license and ASHA CCC required
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and rapport-building skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy for students with communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor and document student progress while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Offer support and training to teachers and parents to promote student success
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute creative solutions for student needs
