Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Kansas SLP license and ASHA CCC required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Exceptional communication, organization, and rapport-building skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor and document student progress while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
- Offer support and training to teachers and parents to promote student success
- Participate in team meetings and contribute creative solutions for student needs
