Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- SLP-CCC, SLPA, or Clinical Fellow (CF) status considered
- Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience or interest in serving PK-8th grade populations
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and implement individualized therapy plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Compassion for working with students at various developmental stages and needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy and intervention for students with diverse speech and language challenges
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal-setting, and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
- Offer guidance and support to substitute, assistant, or new team members as needed
