Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • SLP-CCC, SLPA, or Clinical Fellow (CF) status considered
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience or interest in serving PK-8th grade populations
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Compassion for working with students at various developmental stages and needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy and intervention for students with diverse speech and language challenges
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal-setting, and document progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Offer guidance and support to substitute, assistant, or new team members as needed
