This opportunity seeks a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services within a school setting. The position involves traveling to various educational facilities in and around Coventry, RI, to support students' communication development and address speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, and outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to intervention planning.

Qualifications:

  • Valid certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development as well as relevant therapy techniques.
  • Ability to travel to multiple school locations within the Coventry area.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Location: Coventry, Rhode Island (travel required)
