Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP licensure for Pennsylvania and ASHA CCC required
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably at the elementary level
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other SLPs

Your Role:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 30 elementary students, delivering high-quality speech and language therapy onsite
• Develop and implement IEPs, track student progress, and contribute to student evaluation reports
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families for student success
• Maintain compliance with district and federal guidelines
• Share responsibility with colleagues for some students in the building

Position Details:

• Immediate start; contract runs through May 2027, with opportunity for renewal
• Part-time, 16 hours per week, with core hours between 9:15am and 3:30pm
• All services conducted onsite within a supportive K-4 setting
