Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC required
- Experience in a school-based setting is highly valuable, especially with students with significant or behavioral challenges
- Confidence and willingness to participate in safety care training is essential
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to individualized education plans and behavioral needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for a varied caseload
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals
- Maintain accurate student records and ongoing progress documentation
- Contribute to team meetings, IEPs, and multidisciplinary collaborations
