Key Qualifications:

  • Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC required
  • Experience in a school-based setting is highly valuable, especially with students with significant or behavioral challenges

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to individualized education plans and behavioral needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for a varied caseload
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals
  • Maintain accurate student records and ongoing progress documentation
  • Contribute to team meetings, IEPs, and multidisciplinary collaborations
