What we’re seeking:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP
• CCC-SLP or strong CFY candidates welcome
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred, particularly with high school students
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a school-based team
• Commitment to culturally responsive practice and supporting diverse learners

Key responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose students with communication, language, and speech disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services both one-on-one and in group settings
• Document student progress and maintain up-to-date records
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support academic and social-emotional needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Educate and empower students, staff, and families on communication strategies
