Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
• Current or in-process state licensure
• Experience in school-based settings or with pediatrics preferred
• Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and best practices in remote service delivery
• Strong collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a wide variety of speech and language disorders
• Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver therapy services in person and via teletherapy, as appropriate
• Document progress, perform evaluations, and provide insight for IEP meetings
• Consult with staff and families to maximize student outcomes
• Remain current with evidence-based practices in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
