Key Experience & Certification Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active professional licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) held for at least one year
- Minimum of one year of IEP experience in a school-based setting
- Consideration for those in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with relevant skills
Essential Skills:
- Strong motivation to help students reach their highest potential
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit for working with interdisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in organization, problem-solving, and time management
- Competence with technology, including digital documentation and willingness to learn new software
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct speech and language services to a diverse student population
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans following IEP guidelines
- Document progress and maintain required records in a timely, accurate manner
- Engage families and educators to support student goals
- Participate in school-based meetings and provide input on student progress
