Key Experience & Certification Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Active professional licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) held for at least one year
  • Minimum of one year of IEP experience in a school-based setting
  • Consideration for those in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with relevant skills

Essential Skills:

  • Strong motivation to help students reach their highest potential
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit for working with interdisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency in organization, problem-solving, and time management
  • Competence with technology, including digital documentation and willingness to learn new software

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct speech and language services to a diverse student population
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans following IEP guidelines
  • Document progress and maintain required records in a timely, accurate manner
  • Engage families and educators to support student goals
  • Participate in school-based meetings and provide input on student progress
