Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Indiana SLP license (or eligibility).
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Experience with school-aged children and familiarity with school-based service delivery.
• Pediatric, healthcare, and/or teletherapy backgrounds welcome.
• Compassionate communicator and collaborator with students, staff, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students based on IEP goals.
• Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans targeting articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication.
• Document services, progress, and data within required timelines.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support transitions and generalization of skills across classroom and community settings.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress and recommendations.
