Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Indiana SLP license (or eligibility).
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Experience with school-aged children and familiarity with school-based service delivery.
- Pediatric, healthcare, and/or teletherapy backgrounds welcome.
- Compassionate communicator and collaborator with students, staff, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students based on IEP goals.
- Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans targeting articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication.
- Document services, progress, and data within required timelines.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Support transitions and generalization of skills across classroom and community settings.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress and recommendations.
