Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Crawfordsville, Indiana

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), though Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also encouraged to apply
• Previous pediatric, school-based, or healthcare-related SLP experience preferred
• Skilled in teletherapy models or willingness to learn virtual service delivery
• Familiarity with life skills or essential skills programs considered a plus
• Possession of (or eligibility for) Indiana state licensure
• Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborative, student-focused care

Responsibilities will include:

• Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students
• Provide both direct and consultative services, supporting students, families, and staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal educational outcomes
• Adapt approaches to suit in-person or teletherapy delivery as needed
