Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in California (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY SLPs encouraged to apply
• Prior experience working with school-aged children or in a school setting preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
• Conduct screenings and assessments to identify individual student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and maintain all necessary records
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions according to IEP goals
• Monitor and document student progress; adjust intervention strategies as necessary
• Serve as a resource on speech and language-related issues within the school community
