School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Crestview, Florida

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Florida DOH Provisional SLP License required
• Previous school-based experience is strongly preferred
• Experience with pediatric caseloads or school-age children
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility for credentialing processes, including fingerprinting and JLA badge issuance

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary and early childhood students
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and collaborate with teachers and families
• Provide direct and consultative support to maximize student achievement
• Maintain accurate records and comply with state, district, and school policies
