Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP for the state of Florida
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcome
  • Background working in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare environments preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills for effective communication and documentation
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for referred students
  • Participate in eligibility, IEP meetings, and collaborate with school staff and families
  • Collect data, track progress, and complete all necessary documentation
