You'll work onsite with a supportive educational team, spending 2 to 2.5 days each week making a real impact.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Florida (or eligibility)
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in school settings preferred, but recent graduates will be considered
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students onsite
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and communicate results to families and educators
- Develop, implement, and review IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in meetings and provide expert input on speech and language services
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Support student advocacy and help integrate therapy goals into classroom settings
