You'll work onsite with a supportive educational team, spending 2 to 2.5 days each week making a real impact.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Florida (or eligibility)
  • SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred, but recent graduates will be considered
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students onsite
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and communicate results to families and educators
  • Develop, implement, and review IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in meetings and provide expert input on speech and language services
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Support student advocacy and help integrate therapy goals into classroom settings
