Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP for the state of Florida
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcome
- Background working in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare environments preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills for effective communication and documentation
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for referred students
- Participate in eligibility, IEP meetings, and collaborate with school staff and families
- Collect data, track progress, and complete all necessary documentation
