Make an impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist providing expertise and compassionate support in a full-time, full-school-year contract role with elementary caseloads. This position involves working across two campuses, supporting 70-80 students each. You’ll play a vital role supervising SLPAs at elementary campuses and collaborating with school teams to help students reach their communication goals. The itinerant nature of this opportunity brings variety and the chance to work with diverse student needs.
Qualifications & Desired Background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous school-based SLP experience essential
- Experience supervising SLPAs preferred
- Comfortable supporting Clinical Fellows (CFs) as needed
- Strong ability to adapt to itinerant assignments and shifting between campuses
- Willingness to work on-site (no virtual service)
- Dedication to fostering positive communication outcomes for elementary-aged students
Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver high-quality SLP services to elementary caseloads across two campuses
- Supervise and mentor SLPAs to ensure consistent, effective interventions
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough and accurate student records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Contribute clinical expertise in team meetings and support related educational initiatives
