Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Proven experience in pediatric speech-language therapy, preferably within school environments
- Previous experience providing teletherapy services highly valued
- Strong communication and organization skills to support collaboration with students, families, and educational staff
- Comfortable working independently and navigating digital therapy platforms
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language assessments and therapeutic interventions to students in a virtual school-based setting
- Coordinate with teachers and parents to tailor individualized education plans (IEPs) that address each student’s unique needs
- Document progress, maintain records, and comply with all federal, state, and local guidelines
- Use engaging and evidence-based strategies to support speech and language development in children of varying abilities
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to support student success
