Step into a rewarding contract role supporting elementary and middle school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. We're seeking two talented SLPs—open to both onsite and vocational/remote (VOCO) candidates—who are passionate about enhancing student communication and academic success. With starts planned for August 2026 through May 2027 and 37.5 hours per week, you'll find a dynamic environment where every day makes a difference.

The first SLP will provide services in two buildings (one elementary, one middle school), managing a caseload of 45–55 students. The second SLP will serve two middle school buildings, addressing similar caseloads. Both positions require adaptability, collaboration, and strong clinical judgment to provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication support.

Qualifications and Background:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • SLP-CCC certification required
  • State licensure or eligibility in the appropriate jurisdiction
  • Preferred experience in school-based settings with elementary and/or middle school populations
  • Expertise in IEP development and implementation
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Competence with virtual service delivery platforms (for VOCO candidates)
  • Ability to work independently across multiple sites

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop, monitor, and document progress on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to foster student growth
  • Provide consultation and strategies for classroom integration
  • Maintain detailed records per school and regulatory guidelines
