School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Crown Point, Indiana

Step into an exciting opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students across elementary and middle school levels. We are seeking two dedicated professionals to provide onsite speech and language services for the 2026-2027 academic year. Each position will manage a caseload of 45-55 students, collaborating with educators and families to foster communication growth and support academic achievement.

Key Qualifications:

• Current SLP licensure and ASHA CCC certification required
• School-based SLP experience highly preferred
• Strong clinical skills in assessment and intervention for both elementary and middle school populations
• Able to effectively manage caseloads across one or two school buildings
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for a diverse student population
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified needs
• Provide direct therapy and monitor student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and family members to support student goals
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Adapt therapy strategies to engage students at both elementary and middle school levels
